Trading

All goods related to crane and conveyor technology that are not produced by us, whether new or used, are offered for sale in this division. We welcome your inquiries.

Consulting

Technical consulting is crucial or helpful for defining your company's structure or investment projects and for optimizing operational processes within your company's internal flow of goods. We take care of your work equipment and provide training for your employees in all aspects of crane and conveyor technology.

Lifting gear with tradition

Crane construction and load handling equipment manufacturing in the third generation. Grandfather Ernst Kröger laid the foundation for the family's engineering expertise in the field of hoisting equipment. We continue the over 66 years of expertise of the Kröger Kiel crane-building family. In the areas of crane planning and optimization for your production process and/or operation, crane design, crane construction, crane maintenance, and periodic inspections, we can implement even special requirements according to customer specifications with our crane experts, welding engineers, structural engineers, and other specialists.

The planning, design, manufacture, repair and maintenance of load handling equipment and lifting devices of all kinds as well as the inspection and maintenance of lifting gear, racking and personal protective equipment are part of our wide-ranging field of operations.

Our responsibilities also include conducting crane training, crane operator training (indoor/outdoor) and expert training (qualified person), as well as preparing documentation and duplicate test logs.

News / Current Events

Since July 2025, we have finally been able to hold our TÜV certificate for a conformity test according to EC Directive 2006/42/EC Annex I specifically for our KEV Wire Rope Slings. Our efforts in this regard were preceded by a two-year search for available capacity at a notified body.

In June 2025, we invested in two new industrial trucks. For the smooth loading and unloading of trucks and vans, storage and retrieval in indoor and outdoor racking warehouses, and general transport tasks, we chose products from Dahlgaard & Co. GmbH, Handewitt.

We have been steadily expanding our team since January 2025. While Ms. Eliska Wormeck and Mr. Martin Schöttke joined our team at the beginning of the year, we were able to gain Mr. Frank Klapper as a new member of our team in mid-April. With plenty of motivation and technical expertise, work is now in full swing.
